I am 100% pleased with the transportation of my Mercedes from Ohio to Florida. Received a quote quickly, I accepted the fair price, and soon after a transport service was assigned and scheduled. I approved and Ship A Car Direct as well as the assigned service stayed in frequent communication. My car was picked up exactly at the time they said, and was delivered right on time. My Mercedes was delivered perfectly. I was most impressed with the frequency of updates they provided, as well as the exact timing of pickup and delivery. I never worried, and I had confidence in the service. That alone added value to the overall experience.
