It was an overwhelming experience when I started researching about what company to use to ship my car. I accidentally put in my contact information on a website where a bunch of companies call you all at once trying to get your business. Not one of those calls compared to the one with Ship a Car Direct. I initially found Ship a Car Direct through a girl who said she had chosen them but not used them yet. I figured I would look into their reviews and whatnot. I made the call myself and I found Scott was calm, direct and very infromative. I finally felt at ease and didn’t feel taken advantage of. What made me ultimately decide was his phone manners and also all of the already great reviews. Scott would check in periodically to make sure our carrier and the car moving process was going smooth from beginning to end. I appreciate the genuine customer service and that their company never was compared to another just for a sale. Our carrier, Dennis was quick to get our cars from Florida to Washington State. We got our cars a couple of days earlier than we even expected. There were no surprises and our cars came intact. Once our cars were delivered we have Dennis a cashiers check and we were on our way. Thank you again Scott and Ship a Car Direct for making this an easy experience.
