Great experience! The company kept in constant contact via email throughout the process. We called the office a few times and they were incredibly helpful, answering all our questions. The cell phone APP for taking pictures of the car before it left was very easy to use and comforting, even though we didn't need it because the car was picked up and delivered in exact condition. Pickup and drop off were great, with the drivers calling a few hours prior, to let us know the time they would be there. Price quoted was exactly what we paid so no add-ons or surprises. All in all a very smooth transaction.
