- delivered one week beyond desired date
- total final cost $200 above estimate (15% above estimate)
- frustrating process; actual shipping date and delivery date were not known until less than 24 hrs from pick-up/delivery.
Pros:
- once picked up, the vehicle was quickly transported across the country
- selected carrier was on time for pick-up and delivery
