What a great experience we had using Ship a Car Direct for our Honda CRV ! When we talked to John he stood out head and shoulders above the other company we contacted- this was after whittling down from 15 companies. He was professional, knowledgeable and helpful- no pressure. Everything happened just as he said. Once a carrier was confirmed from their approved list- the price was locked. The same day we placed the order the carrier was confirmed for estimated pick up and delivery. Roy, the driver, called us the day before our estimated date to confirm and also called us a few hours before pick up time- met us on time and was very cordial and professional. We were shipping the car to our daughter and he coordinated with her on a number of phone calls and delivered on time with no damage. We were so worried when we started this process after reading some of the horror stories from people using other companies however after reading their reviews and talking with John a few times and meeting our driver Roy- we had a lot of confidence in the process. Also received lots of follow up emails along with a simple to use app to take photos before and after shipment. All in all- I highly recommend Ship a Car Direct.
