Communication with my personal agent, John, was timely and thorough before pickup. That helped put my mind at ease.
Price was competitive.
Communication with carrier was timely, and pickup and dropoff went smoothly and timely with no damage to my car.
Only quibble is that I couldn't set a definitive pickup time, but I believe that is an industry wide challenge.
