I had researched quite a few car companies and was unsettled by the negative reviews and scams surrounding a lot of them. I chose Ship a Car Direct because they were straightforward and cheaper than a lot of the other ones and there weren't any hidden fees. Scott was so communicative and kept me updated on their search for a carrier. I got matched with K-1 Express a few days before my pick up date. They picked up my car on a Wednesday afternoon in CA and it arrived by Saturday morning in CT. The driver was so kind and I felt like they took such good care of my car. It arrived in perfect condition and I was so happy with everyone's communication.
