They always keep everything up to date for me. Before my carrier is assigned, they contact me everyday and they are patient and friendly. Even though the they could not find a carrier for me on my first available pick up date, they ask my advice to rise the price. Finally I add 50 dollars more and they found a carrier on the second day. The driver they find for me is also friendly. After my car is shipped to my destination, they keep follow up with me and make sure my car is delivered. I woukd recommend this company.
