My interaction with Ship a Car Direct customer service workers and the owner were always enjoyable. On the shipping companies end, I did experience trouble with my estimated delivery date being off by 3 days. I was not told that there was a change in my expected delivery date until the day of my original estimated delivery date (at which time I had to call the dispatch office in order to find out). Proactiveness on the contractor's side (AutoLogistics Corp) would be appreciated in the future. Overall, thank you Ship a Car Direct! My car got to my new destination safely and in the same conditions as pick-up (but with a lot more dust and dirt on it than expected).
