We used Ship-A-Car Direct to transport our son's truck from California to Indiana. We received great customer service from Eve at SACD. The website videos answered all of my questions about the transport process as well as answered questions I didn't think to ask. The process was quick once I made the decision to use SACD. My son's truck was picked up in less than a week and was delivered earlier than expected. The Indiana Transport driver, Steve, kept me informed of arrival time on the day of pick up. He was extremely pleasant! He also kept my son updated on his arrival for drop off. I have absolutely no complaints and will most definitely use Ship-A-Car Direct to arrange my auto transport needs in the future.
