Our family's experience with Ship A Car Direct was PERFECT from the very beginning to the very end! Renee, who I spoke with over the phone, was informative about the shipping process, considerate of our situation and very professional to deal with. Within an hour of signing up with Ship A Car Direct, we got a call from a driver and the car was picked-up within 15 minutes. Timing was perfect! The driver was also very professional and pleasant to deal with. He got our car to its final destination on time. Equally important, he kept us informed of his progress after encountering a couple setbacks. Kudos to both Ship A Car Direct and the driver for providing such stellar service!- Val
