Shipping a car with "Ship a Car Direct" was excellent and without any stress experience. Here is my story: I contacted them on 09/02/2018 saying I need to ship a car from TN to CA and I need my car to be picked up after 09/10 and before 09/17 (I had a plane ticket on that day). The customer support (don't remember the name) told they need a 4-day window for that. I placed the order online on September 4th, got the driver assigned and credit card charged on September 5th (I talked with the associate about the deadline one more time and she assured it will happen before that -- the name is Eve from Colorado - perfect customer service skills). On 09/09 I got a call from "Northwest Trucking" saying my car will be picked up next day around 2-4pm. They came around 2:30 pm, inspected the car for all existing damages, picked the car up and left. On 09/18 I got another call from them saying they will bring the car on 09/19 around 8 am. I paid cash (they accept cash or cashier checks) and got the car without any issues. Thanks "Ship a Car Direct" and "Northwest Trucking". Also, special thanks to Eve from Colorado.
