Shipped a vehicle from Madison, Wisconsin to bay area in California. The car was picked up the day after I made the request and delivered quickly without any damage. Highly recommend using the Ship a Car Direct app to take photos of the car; it is very easy to use. Overall, a good experience and will be using again next time I ship a car.
