The contact at Ship A Car was very helpful and pleasant, especially John, the main contact. The weekend person while prompt was less helpful. I had some issues with the actual carrier being inflexible in accommodating my timing for pick-up. I contacted Ship A Car 1-5 days ahead as recommended on their website. Actual pick-up was scheduled for a week from initial contact when I was no longer at the pick up point and had to rely on a relative. Scheduling the pick-up was kind of vague and led to a lot of anxiety which I was trying to avoid by using Ship A Car. Actual pick-up and delivery went well. There was a marked difference in the professionalism of Ship A Car and the Carrier.
