It was my first time shipping a car from Texas to California. I must say that the experience was a breeze, I was notified with every single step taken through the whole entire trip. I received a call 6 hours before car was delivered. And then another call 1 hour before car was delivered. Also, an agent from the company named Matt was a great help with all the questions/concerns I had. The only reason I gave it 4 stars because I wasn't aware that $600 was supposed to be paid in cash to the driver, my total was $825. I totally recommend this company and would use them again in the future. Very reliable and great communication skills.
