We were shipping our vehicle to Florida for the winter. Contacted ship a car direct. They got the car picked up within the three day window we agreed to, car was shipped and arrived before we arrived in Florida. I had arranged for a neighbor to accept the vehicle. Carrier called my neighbor the day before, and delivered the car on time. The communication from ship a car was great. If they did not answer their phone, they always called back within 10 minutes or so. Will recommend to friends.
