The entire process was super fast. My only complaint is that Ship a Car Direct did not seem to be in contact with Starlight Auto. Ship a car did not know when my car was picked up, and when it was dropped off. Ship a car had asked me days later if it was picked up. Starlight Auto arrived a day earlier than the earliest day I had selected, much to my surprise.
