Our experience with Ship A Car Direct was fine and the employees were courteous and helpful. However, we were not happy with the trucking company (Seville Trucking) they used to ship our car. When the driver arrived a few days earlier than expected, we initially we're pressured to change our plans on a Saturday evening because the driver "had a schedule" and "other vehicles to deliver." In the end, we did not have to change our plans but, we (the customers) were put through alot of unnecessary stress when we were not in the wrong. I think it would be helpful to the customers if we could track the location of the vehicle. That way everyone involved can plan accordingly.
