I'm torn on this review, because yes, my car did arrive in the allotted time as promised. However, the communication was just not there. We were told we would get a call with an approximate time for pick-up. We got a 30 min heads up. Ok, fine, we met him. We asked him when the car would be in LA, and told him if he got there before us, my dad would pick-up and gave him his number. We never heard from him again. He never answered our calls. When we finally got a hold of him and asked when we would get our car would be delivered he said "I don't know". We inquired again, got the same answer. There was definitely a language barrier. We then got a call from another driver who said he had our car and would deliver it. It was delivered, way more disgusting than we anticipated (we've had our car transported before). It took a car wash 4 washes to get the caked on bugs off. I have never seen anything like it before (either had they). So, anyway, yes, it was delivered, but the communication was unsatisfactory.
