Ship A Car Direct was extremely responsive and attentive when going through the process of moving my car across the country. The only downside was dealing with the third party. I was happy the car came in one piece, but could have received more timely updates. It did come in a few days after expected, but luckily it wasn't too much of a problem on my end besides a few extra uber rides. In addition, figuring out the timing was rather difficult to drop off the car and paying with card over the phone isn't the most secure way. An automated online solution would be extremely beneficial to see the current status and to be able to make an payment online. Everyone I interacted with was nice and quick to accommodate when possible.
