THis was the 2nd time I have used Ship A Car. The first time was terrific, I was quite impressed. The 2nd time was a bit more difficult because I had certain dates in mind and did not give a lot of advance notice to Ship a Car. But I have to admit, they came through as they assured me they would. The only hitch was that the company they used was a bit scares during the whole trip .As opposed to the first time the drivers and the company did not keep in contact with us. In fact Ship a Car gave me a number to contact them but every time I called the number they gave me, it seemed rang and rang and rang, nobody picked up the call and there was no way to leave a message. I called Ship a Car and they always answered their phone and they were aboe to contact the shipper and had them call me back.Kudos to Ship A Car for going the extra mile (only one question:did they have a special number they used rather than the number they gave me?) As for the shipping, it was fine. No problems, they picked up the car on the day scheduled and delivery was made within a day of the scheduled delivery and in fact was hours earlier than they originally told me. All in all, I am very satisfied with Ship a Car. They work for their clients and do it very well.
