I have never shipped a car before so naturally I was nervous about the process. Scott answered all my questions and was very, very helpful. Hopefully I never have to move cross country again, but if I do, I would use this service. My one issue was that the company actually shipping my car wanted to deliver it at 11pm. When I asked for a different time I got a bit of attitude but they super quickly changed their tune and changed the time to the following morning.
