I had a terrific experience with John at “Ship A Car Direct”. From beginning to end, the entire process of shipping my car from Maryland to California was seamless and stress-free. This was truly an “A+” experience. Deciding on which company to hire can be a very stressful process. In 2011 I moved from California to Maryland. My experience with the car shipping company that I hired at such time was disappointing. So as I was getting ready to move back home, from Maryland to California, I was nervous about the process as I had already lived through a negative experience. So this time around, I needed to ensure that I hired the right company. I invested time in quality research. I read many reviews and called several companies. I ran across “Ship A Car Direct”. I was impressed with their stellar reviews. Reading the reviews is what initially caught my attention. I called them and got connected with John. Ultimately, I decided to hire “Ship A Car Direct” due to my positive interaction with John. He provided me with an informative phone consultation. He was patient as he answered my multiple questions and offered terrific customer service. He followed our phone consultation with informative emails. Since I started the process early on, John kept me informed on what to expect every step of the way. He consistently immediately answered my follow-up questions. The price that he quoted was competitive and was a much better quote than all of the companies that I had called prior to speaking with him. The price that I was quoted is exactly what I got charged (No hidden fees). In terms of logistics my car got picked up during the time-frame that I requested (There weren’t any unexpected surprises). I’m so grateful for having had such a positive experience with “Ship A Car Direct”. My car got picked up in Maryland on a Sunday morning and it was delivered within 4 days. By noon on Wednesday I was driving my car. I seriously could not be more satisfied with this experience! I’ve found a company that I can rely on should I ever need to ship a car again. I highly recommend their services to anyone that values quality service. Thank You so much John for making this experience such a positive one - You rock! The driver (Piao) kept in constant communication with me in regards to logistics of picking up and delivering my car. He was friendly, approachable, professional, personable, and reliable.
