I chose Ship a Car Direct because of the consistently positive reviews. And I am SO glad I did. John was wonderfully helpful explaining how everything would proceed, and very patient and reassuring when I had to delay the pick up date. After sending in the order form I got a little worried when I received all the emails regarding possibly having to increase the quoted price and about taking photos of the vehicle should there be a need to claim on insurance. But I needn't have worried, these were just standard emails to cover worst case scenarios - which don't seem to happen with Ship a Car Direct! A couple of days after placing my order John contacted me confirming he had secured a trucking company at the agreed price and giving me all the details. The whole process was so smooth: order placed on Friday, car delivered on Tuesday (IL-NC) quite amazing!! The truck driver, Dimitri, from Golden Way Trucking was delightful, polite and contacted me with pickup and delivery times which he adhered to. My gorgeous new car was delivered in perfect condition. Thank you so much John for your excellent coordination. Such a good experience. I am a very happy client :)
