This was my first time shipping a car. Scott and the website videos were VERY helpful to understand the process. The driver was excellent and the car arrived without a scratch after a 2,100 mile trip in an open carrier. The pickup was a few days later than our optimum date range, but only because a carrier had not picked up the order and that was fine.
