The process was relatively easy. Called my mother at home and said they would be by in 20 minutes before coming by and picking it up in a relatively easy process. Called me on monday afternoon to tell me they would be delivering sometime been 11am and noon the following tuesday and held true to that. Car was still in good shape with no problems GS transport seems to be a good company.
