After doing some research on shipping a car and obtaining multiple quotes; I realized how difficult it is to find a reputable carrier. Ship a Car Direct not only offered a competitive quote but was the most open and transparent regarding the process. My car was picked up and delivered from TX to CA as promised without any issues. Because everything went so smoothly, I didn't need to contact Ship a Car Direct often but John in sales and Maricel, the customer service manager, were readily available and prompt in responding to my inquires. Should I need car transport services in the future, I would not hesitate to use Ship a Car Direct again.
