The whole process was very easy to follow. After my call with an Ship a Car Direct Associate, he sent me a order link. Easy to follow online form which asked me all the required details to pick-up the car and Drop it and as well as the dates. Once that was done someone was always in-touch with me to give me updates. Once the transportation company was assigned received an email with their name and contact. The transportation company contacted me and let me know the time of my pick-up. The car was picked up in a timely manner. They delivered the car safely and in a timely manner to the final destination. The whole process was simple and easy.
