I must say after although careful reviews I was a little unsure of how this process would be with this company or any others . However from the very beginning kris along with others were very informative, professional and display great communication. I probably called to much but he never treat me any different and was always eager to tell me to call back if I have anymore questions . Also the drivers that they selected or quality people who also communicated very well . My vehicle was one that was very special to me because I inherited from my father who passed away unexpectedly and they took very good care of it . At the end of the day prior to receiving my vehicle I felt like I was in good hands . if I had another card to move I would definitely use Ship a Car Direct ! Great company !!!!
