While the company provided good service on their end, the actual trucking company, SAP Transport was a different story. When they delivered my car, there was a dent and and some scratches. The rude driver said to me... "Why are you making a big deal out of a little damage, it's not like this is a Porsche or Lamborghini." A complete jerk! If you use Ship a Car Direct, direct them NOT to use SAP Transport as the shipper. SAP never responded to them with my claim, so Ship a Car reimbursed me for the repair.
