We sincerely apologize for the lack of communication from the carrier. We are sorry that the pick-up and delivery did not go as planned. Unfortunately in the transport industry delays do happen and this is why we can not guarantee dates. We truly appreciate your feedback so we can continue to improve how we do our service. Glad to know that in the end, your car has been delivered safe and sound.
