I was really happy with my experience with Ship a Car Direct. John, the person in charge of managing my shipment, was super responsive and helped accommodate a last-minute need to ship my car from Chicago to California. The trucking company was actually great too - we hit a bit of a snag momentarily where the truck would arrive a couple days later than I had hoped, and I wasn't able to leave work to drive my car to a pickup point (I lived in the city where the driver's semi truck was not allowed). Instead, the driver ubered to where I was to retrieve the keys and took my car from there. It was great, and he delivered my car very quickly. Overall, happy with this company and service!
