This was my first experience shipping a car and I must say Jennifer made it such a seamless and easy process. She is terrific and the real reason (along with strong reviews) I went with this shipping company (there are so many and it can be overwhelming to sort through them all!). Jennifer was very easy to communicate with, very professional, and always available throughout the entire experience from start to finish. I think it’s important to be patient throughout the process as it took 2 to 3 weeks to receive my car from the date of signing the order. But that was fine with me as I had the flexibility and it’s important to know I chose to utilize an enclosed carrier which are fewer and farther between. Also, please check your junk email as the majority of Jennifer’s emails did end up there and I missed a couple of key communications. As a result, there was an issue with billing that caught me off guard but Jennifer fixed it immediately. I was very impressed. Excellent customer service from Jennifer from start to finish. I will definitely call her again for my next shipment. Thank you!
