I was nervous about shipping my car cross-country after reading horror stories galore, but this was easy and smooth. Scott explained all the details and had a shipper within a couple days. I emphasized that the pickup time was important because I wasn't there and they made it happen right on time. The truck was delayed a couple days - things happen that you can't control in 3000 miles - but they were on top of it and followed up every step of the way. The app was great to document condition in case of damage but car arrived in perfect shape. And the price was reasonable. I highly recommend Scott and Ship-a-Car Direct!
