I was very apprehensive about the process when I first started researching because I had read and heard a lot of horror stories. But once I found Ship A Car Direct and read their reviews and watched their videos I was a little more comfortable with the process. They were very good in keeping in touch with me, reassuring me not to worry since I had signed up early that there was still plenty of time. As we got closer to my must pick up by date they reached out to me with suggestions and everything worked out fine. The company that actually picked up my vehicle was great. My only issue was the automatic emails aren’t always in sync with what is actually taking place in real time. About an hour before my driver was scheduled to pick up (which we had confirmed 2 days before) I received an email/text saying the pick up day had been changed to a date that was 5 days away. That sent me into an immediate panic. I started making calls and found out my pick up was still on schedule and the email/text was sent automatically.
