Jennifer was the staff whom I contacted for information and placing an order to transport my car from NY to California. She was pleasant in tone, patient to answering my questions and quick to find a carrier for me. "Ship a Car Direct" had a fantastic program to do the business which was user friendly and worry-free to me. The designated driver (Victor) was polite and worked within the time window, he delivered my car to the destination on time without a single scratch. They truly deserve the highest compliment.
