Good experience. Room for improvement on timeline and paperwork.

I had a good experience working with Scott. He was available to explain the process and answer my questions. I would use his service again, however I would give the following advice to new customers. The timeline could be improved. I did not know the exact date my car was going to be picked up until I got a phone call from the driver the morning of the pickup date. If you have a tight deadline this might not work for you. Also another area for improvement is the paperwork when picking up and delivering the car. I did not receive any paperwork while my car was in transit. I was only able to take a picture of the bill - or whatever name the paper is called ;-)
