I needed to ship my Mercedes SL550 across country from California to South Carolina in an enclosed carrier. I initially contacted another auto transport company that was cheaper. But as time went on it was apparent that they were not the right one as it was getting close to the needed ship date (2 days away) and they still hadn't found a carrier. As a result I contacted Scott at Ship-a-Car Direct. The whole process of shipping a car across country is very stressful, especially during December but Scott jumped right on it and found a carrier at 4 PM the night before I was to leave for South Carolina. I would definitely recommend Scott at Ship-a-Car Direct since he stayed on top of the process throughout.
