I had no problems start to finish with Ship A Card Direct! Initially when I spoke with Eve l, she answered all my questions and helped me pick the best dates for pick up and delivery being that my move was occurring right after Christmas. Any of my other questions along the way we’re answered by the short videos online. I actually ended up spending a few hundred dollars less than quotes I had gotten from other companies, also. Their customer service throughout the whole process was phenomenal, always checking in to update me with emails. Dealing with my cross country move has been stressful, but shipping my car turned out to not be. I would definitely ship with them again if needed. They have one happy customer here!
