Renee at Ship A Car Direct was wonderful! She explained everything fully. I had never shipped a car before so I was unaware of the process. Renee kept in touch with me and walked me through everything. The driver, Vlad, who works for ABP Logistics LLC was very professional. We arranged to meet at the local Home Depot so that it would be easier to load the car. I should have told my sister-in-law (to whom the car was being shipped) to arrange a similar location on her end. There was a little confusion regarding where the unloading would take place, but I blame myself for not telling my sister-in-law to do this. It was not a big deal and the driver unloaded at her local Wal-Mart. Car arrived intact and we are VERY happy. Thank you, Renee!
