This was my first time to ship a car from east coast to west coast, which turned out to be an excellent experience thanks to Matt at Ship a Car Direct. Matt helped me to screen the transportation companies and arrange the pick up of the car, etc., and made sure that everything went smoothly and on schedule. And most importantly, he kept me updated for the whole process either via emails, phone calls, or text messages, and I did not feel anything that worried me. a bit. The car was delivered to my son even ahead of the originally estimated delivery date. it was amazing that it only took 4 days to ship the car from New Jersey to San Diego, and my son was very happy to get the car earlier than he expected. We will definitely work with Ship a Car Direct again in the future.
