Got an instant estimate, got educational email about transporting cars and about their app. Called Eve after 2 weeks when I was ready to transport the car and the quote was same as earlier (unlike other companies who quoted lower but increased later). She set it up the next day. Unfortunately, the driver could not be picked up on that day due to snow. Eve followed up emails and texts if the car was picked up. Driver called the next business day. My wife had to drive the car to a bigger parking lot nearby. Used their app to take photos. Driver pointed out some minor scratches which my wife didn't notice which is a very good thing. Got email about estimated delivery date and the driver called 2 hours before delivery and we agreed upon a place. Car was little dirty but driver gave me ample time to check if everything is good. Got the car in 2 days!
