So overall the service was good. Scheduling and working with the staff before-hand was pretty easy. However, the process of picking up my car and establishing the date and time was an extreme headache. It seemed like no one knew how to contact the transport company and it wasn't until 3 or so days later (from my original estimated pick-up date), that anyone updated me. I understand that it was an estimated pick-up date, however, there need to be continual updates - especially if the estimated date passes. I don't have the time to schedule my whole life for my car to be potentially picked up at any time following the estimated pick-up date. The car got here in a timely manner which was nice and the driver who was picking up my car was apologetic and nice. However, the lack of communication and extra stress of having anyone seeming NOT knowing what was happening was an extreme headache. Overall, the actual transporting of my car was easy and quick. So was the drop off process.
