My son took a job on the West Coast and we live on the East Coast. I had to quickly find a transport service that I felt could be trusted with his vehicle. After reading the reviews for Ship a Car Direct, I thought I would give them a call. I spoke with Matt and he wanted to make sure that I had realistic expectations. Well, they surpassed those expectations. I was given a quote and then my son's vehicle was picked up sooner than I had expected. Matt did stay in contact with me throughout and provided numbers for himself, the support staff, and the carrier service. My son's vehicle was delivered on the estimated date and it went smoothly. This company also has an app that you can download to your phone, in order to take photos of your vehicle before it is picked up by the carrier. They thought of everything. No surprises, just great service. I highly recommend Ship a Car Direct to everyone.
