I first booked with another broker. After 2 weeks of getting nowhere and only getting scripted responses from their customer service people I cancelled the booking and went with Ship a Car Direct. It was like night and day. Stefan was very informative and kept me up to date on status. In 4 days my car was on its way from California to NY. The car was picked up on a monday and was delivered thursday that same week...3 days from Ca to NY, that's amazing. I highly recommend Ship a Car Direct.
