My first contact with John was great. He wasn't pushy, explained the process and what to expect. I've never shipped a car before, so I appreciated his help and quick replies. The driver was kind, responsive and on time. Delivery was fairly smooth as well. It's an expensive process no matter what but with Ship a Car Direct it went surprisingly well.
