Was pretty simple to use. No complaints here. I said that I couldn't pick up the car on Mondays or Wednesdays but they ended up arriving on a Monday and couldn't do it any other day. It was inconvenient but luckily I was able to change my schedule around so that I could pick up my car. Other than that, it was a pretty painless process.
