My husband and I contacted Ship A Car Direct after the company came highly recommended by a local car dealership. From the time we contacted John at Ship A Car Direct until the day the SUV was delivered, the entire process was virtually stress free. John was professional and courteous and very patient answering our numerous questions. John continually kept us in the loop with status updates and we were immediately notified when a transport carrier was assigned. The assigned carrier, Matrix Auto Transport LLC of Elk Grove was amazing as well. The driver contacted us almost immediately after we were notified by Ship A Car Direct. He called with his eta and was on time. The driver was extremely careful with our SUV and delivered it safely to the destination in Arizona. He, too, was professional and courteous. We will certainly use Ship A Car Direct when we need a vehicle shipped in the future. We are extremely pleased with their customer service and attention to detail. We recommend them to anyone looking for a professional company who takes pride in working with only the best auto transport carriers to ship their customers’ vehicles.
