the entire process was super easy. I visited their site booked the apt and boom. the driver was epic too. when I arrived my car was unloaded (no waiting) and he picked up the car without me being there (I unlocked remotely). Price was okay too -- i paid the driver cash and the broker (here) took my payment via cc on their site to book the reservation w the driver
