We had initially scheduled our vehicle to be transported with another company. The other company was a pain to deal with regarding a pick up time that we switched. Ship a Car Direct did have to change the pick up day by a couple days due to weather but the car was still delivered my the initial delivery date promised. We could always reach someone if needed and were updated frequently by Text/email.
